A Financial Counsellors role is to give information and options regarding their financial situation. They do not pay bills nor give money to pay bills, or tell people what they can spend their money on. The service is confidential and the Financial Counsellor does not contact any one unless given written authority to do so from clients. If you have an urgent problem on other days ring Anglicare Werribee and ask to speak to the Duty Financial Counsellor – 9731 2500.
